DokuKids
Doku for Kids and Teens is four years old. It was born as sedition to that sort of missing space where kids and teens would joyfully go crazy, express their wishes, develop their talents, and show their tiny pieces of their compressed imagination in different kind of formats.During the past years DokuKids had a modest appearance and a really short program.
What nowadays ‘DokuKids’ generated from the previous editions, is the great Love for making this special edition happens.
Besides kids and teens, Doku with its program attracts a dozen of adult whose priority of life is to keep staying free as kids. This year edition of DokuKids addresses all kids and teens between 4 and 17 years old.
Furthermore there’s “Sorra Prize”, our competition with video materials made by children and teens using any kind of technology.
‘Sorra Prize’ together with the whole DokuKids is made out the fusion of lovely wishes and visions of ‘DokuFest’ and its partners. DokuKids is the place that fires the lights, and imagination works truly. The whole philosophy behind DokuKids is educative, entertaining and provocative. DokuKids is one and the only child Program developed naturally from the International Film Festival DOKUFEST and proudly belongs to it.
